The Medium and Long Term NYSE Percentage of Stocks Above their 150 day and 200 day Moving Averages charts have reversed back to a column of Os. Which moves them back to "Bear Confirmed" status. Attached is the charts.

The NYSE Advance Decline Volume is testing the August swing low, and the moving average has turned down over the last few weeks for the first time since November 2012.
