RE: Stan Weinstein's Stage Analysis

In the current environment where being very selective in stock picking is important I thought I'd alert members to CANSLIM.net. They offer a paid stock picking service and as the name suggests using O'Neils CANSLIM method. However, if you sign up for a free member ship they send to your inbox a daily list of stocks that meet the CANSLIM criteria. Sometimes the lists are screened for 52 week highs or just show the break out candidates for the day. Some may find them useful to use in conjunction with the comprehensive breakout report for US markets isatrader provides in the elite members section or for filtering stocks from ones own research.

To give you a flavour of the content of the reports please see todays issue here

I agree with isatrader that O'Neils CANSLIM method is complimentary to stage analysis. In my opinion O'Neil's book How to Make Money in Stocks is one of the best trading books out there. For anyone not familiar with his trading method a two part overview of a recorded seminar on video can be found here

Note: The VIX moved off the bottom of the relative performance table, so something to be aware of.
