NYSE Bullish Percent intraday making a lower low after the fed announcement

$SPY 1 hour chart shows the current base structure development. So today put in an Upthrust (UT) in Phase B and pulled back into the range strongly. But there was a fairly big demand tail on that last one hour candle with the strongest volume year to date.

Nasdaq and NYSE Bullish Percent Index - 1 hour charts with lower lows ahead of the index price action.

The Nasdaq Composite percentage of stocks above its 200 day, 150 day & 50 day MA 20 year chart shows that the current level is very rare & only usually reached during major Stage 4 declines. So for investors, it's time to look for big Stage 1 bases developing.

Stocks above +1x ATR level: 41 (2.73%)
Stocks below -1x ATR level: 976 (65.07%)

This has been on a negative signal since 5 January, but has been at the extremes for the last 7 days. So move out of those zones (above 10% and below 50%) would change it back to postive.

Effective volume moving in the positive direction today from the morning data across the major etfs. Large player buying against some small player selling. So a small positive divergence.
