Very interesting this concept of yours, the 10MA Cumulative Net Breakout number (if I understand it right, of course). It's the 10 Day Moving Average of the P&F Double Top breakouts minus the P&F Double Bottom breakdowns. I've added it to the attached chart so you can see what it is in green. And i've included the isolated chart that I show, so you can see why it's useful to be seen on it's own. I show it on it's own in exactly the same way as the 10 Day MA Advance Decline Oscillator is shown. So you can use that for comparision - which can be seen at the bottom of the attached Advance Decline chart below.
