US Stocks Watchlist - 1 February 2022

There were 37 stocks for the US stocks watchlist today. Here's a small sample from the list:

AIRS, SLB, UPS, UBS, + 34 more...

AIRS is recent IPO stock that is developing its primary Stage 1 base on the daily/weekly timeframes. But on the intraday 2 hour chart it's currently in Phase B of a Stage 1 base structure. So it is on watch for an intraday Stage 2A breakout attempt.

SLB has been a leading stock since the start of the year and is up around 30%. But it's now forming a tight flag pattern. So I'm watching for a Stage 2 continuation breakout attempt to new highs.

UBS had an Earnings Gap Significant Bar today. So will be watching how price reacts around todays bar in the coming days.

UPS also had an Earnings Gap Significant Bar today and moved over 14% from its previous close on the highest daily volume on the chart. So watching to see how it reacts in the next few days. 

Nasdaq Composite and NYSE Bullish Percent Index - 1 Hour Chart

The Bullish Percent Index charts continued to move higher intraday in both the Nasdaq Composite and NYSE markets. So both are on short term postive signals since crossing the 30 bar MA in the morning session on Monday.

S&P 500

The S&P 500 met resistance at the 50% Fibonacci retracement level today and prior September high and December lows. But managed to muster some strength in the afternoon session to push higher, but closed right at the September high level. So although a strong close. It's still not overcome the resistance, and so it is vulnerable to a reaction.
