Stan Weinstein's Stages Now Available in Stage Analysis Screener

Stage Analysis members can now scan via the Stages in the Stage Analysis Screener using the Stage filter (on the top left in the second row of the filters on desktop). Which opens a dropdown with the 11 sub-stages available on the site.

Sub-stages:

  • Stage 2A (First breakout week since previous Stage 4)
  • Stage 2
  • Stage 2- (below 10 week MA)
  • Stage 2B (in Stage 2 for 39 weeks or more)
  • Stage 2B- (and below 10 week MA)
  • Stage 1/3 (Neutral, either Stage 1 or Stage 3)
  • Stage 4A (First breakdown week since previous Stage 2)
  • Stage 4
  • Stage 4- (above 10 week MA)
  • Stage 4B (in Stage 4 for 39 weeks or more)
  • Stage 4B- (and above 10 week MA)

The Stages have a checkbox beside them, so you can select one or multiple at once. For example if you want to see all of the Stage 2 stocks, then you would select all of: 2A, 2, 2-, 2B, 2B-, or if you just want to scan for the first week of Stage 2, then you would select 2A.

Alongside the Stage filter is the Stage Change filter, which has four options that allows you to filter whether the Stage has changed during the week or is unchanged. Making it exceptionally easy to find all of the Stage 2 breakouts and continuation breakouts, as well as other uses such as sub-stage changes.

The Stage Change filter can be used via the major Stages (i.e. a change from Stage 1 to Stage 2) or via the Sub-stages, where the Changed value will show you all of the changes between sub-stages. So Stage 2 to Stage 2-, Stage 2B- to Stage 1/3, Stage 1/3 to Stage 4A etc.

The Stages tools and filters in the Screener is a major addition to the website, which we are continuing to improve every day, and makes the scanning tools even more powerful for searching for stocks that meet Stan Weinstein's Stage Analysis methods criteria, with unique tools that are not available anywhere else, and the best Stage Analysis resource available.
