- 6 sectors in (Neutral) Stage 1 / 3 zone (Consumer Staples, Real Estate, Consumer Discretionary, Technology, Communication Services, Health Care)
- 0 sectors in (Weak) Stage 4 zone
Sample Size: 5028 stocks
The percentage of US stocks above their 150 day moving averages in the 11 major sectors decreased by -9.03% since the previous post on the 8th April 2024, moving the overall average to 54.07%, which is the Neutral zone (40% to 60% range).
Sector changes: The sectors in the Stage 2 zone (Strong – above 60%) decreased from 6 to 5. The sectors in the Stage 1 / 3 zone (Neutral – 40% to 60% range) increased from 5 to 6, and the number of sectors in the Stage 4 zone (Weak – below 40%) was unchanged at Zero.
