Earnings gaps can be a different thing though, as the new information can move it into a new price discovery phase. i.e. see the LNKD earnings gap back in Feb 2013.

A few more stocks highlighted on the Elite Board earlier in the week:
FBP - Stage 2A breakout with volume above average, but not the 2x requirement we look for. So would be watching for that to improve for additional confirmation of the breakout, and Relative performance is strengthening above the zero line.
SPSC - Stage 2A breakout but volume was only slightly above average, and so that would need to improve. However relative performance has moved back above the zero line.
