CNDO - Making it’s initial Stage 2 continuation attempt, with Relative performance strengthening above a flat zero line. However volume is still fairly weak and it is still under a large amount of resistance and has potential trapped investors from when it gaped down in late 2013, and so they might add to supply as they try to get out at better prices, although volume has dried up significantly as so the majority might have exited during the initial bounce from the lows as volume was much higher then.

RE: Investor Method Watchlist

As noted in the Stan Weinstein Stage Analysis thread here: http://stageanalysis.net/forum/showthrea...09#pid6509, Gold has broken out to new 52 week highs in multiple major currencies around the world excluding the USD, and moved into Stage 2A last week and followed through strongly this week. So for most traders outside the US, gold is in early Stage 2A - See attached below:

Gold stocks are also the leading sector since the start of the year due to this strength in gold, and so I've gone through the US and Canadian listed miners again and found a few additional juniors for the watchlist to add to last weeks stocks that I highlighted a few posts back.

RIO.TO - is attempting to make it’s initial Stage 2 continuation breakout after a failed breakout attempt in mid 2013. But it's recovered back to those levels and so is looking more promising again.

KDX.TO - Stage 2 continuation breakout on 2.94x average weekly volume. It consolidated sideways in Stage 3 through 2014 after a strong Stage 2 advance in 2013 and has made a strong Stage 2 continuation breakout attempt in the last week.

RE: Investor Method Watchlist

SMSI - Stage 2A breakout on 5.36x the weekly average volume. The monthly chart is back above the 30 month MA and continuing to develop a monthly Stage 1 base. On the weekly it's an early breakout from a small base, and has moved 100% in two weeks, and so would likely need to wait for it to pullback/consolidate and see how it behaves. But an interesting micro cap breakout with large player volume coming in according to the effective volume data on chartmill.

I see your point, I've been bitten by things that drop back after a spike.
