$IWM Russell 2000 attempting to breakdown into Stage 4. If you use #Wyckoff method, which is really useful when combined with Stage Analysis. Then the Stage 4 breakdown level is the SOW in Phase D of the distribution base structure.
Growth Stage 4 - isatrader - 2022-01-18
Growth indexes continue to make lower highs and lower lows. Stage 4 in three of the four indexes $IWO $ARKK $QQQJ & late Stage 3 in $FFTY
So a major question at the moment is will this weakness spill over into the broad market & pull the large caps and NYSE stocks down with it?
Nasdaq Composite Bull or Bear? - isatrader - 2022-01-20
Nasdaq Composite - a bearish scenario
It's currently approaching a major level of support / resistance, as the 14200 area & has had 2 swing highs and two swing lows over the last 12 months. So potential for a short term swing low & then retest the 200 day MA.
Nasdaq Composite - a bullish scenario
Same initial bounce at the major support level of 14200, but with the bullish scenario, it instead overcomes the 200 day MA and finds support on the backtest to it again & continues higher once more.

Either in or approaching the lower zone. So potential for a swing low to form soon. But the signal in this isn't until there is a reversal back through the 30% level on "all" the charts.

Nasdaq Advance Decline Volume line below its 50 day MA, which it's remained above 99% of the time since April 2020.
