So potential to return to a positive / favourable environment if it can start to move above it. I highlighted the Renewable energy group earlier in the week, which was third strongest RS change this week https://twitter.com/Stage_Analysis/status/1438075140076670978 - The most relevant etf is $TAN which covers solar stocks Another group of note this week is last years leading group $DJUSAU Automobiles, which has fallen down the RS table since February this year.
