RE: UK Stocks - Watchlist and Discussion - isatrader - 2014-02-05 (2014-02-05, 12:59 AM)Tryst Wrote: here's a dreadfully bearish chart of Cine (run from the stage4 breakdown screencode from Isatrader above). It has even put in a double top major reversal pattern I agree it's a very bearish chart. But my reason for not highlighting it when I was doing my manual scan through the results earlier, was that it's still above it's weekly cloud resistance that I use as a filter for support and resistance levels. So it's what I consider an "early" Stage 4A breakdown, and hence it has a higher probability of a rebound to test the breakdown zone imo before potential moving lower again. I might be wrong, but that's my reason, as I try to mostly only highlight the breakouts and breakdowns with little to no resistance, as defined by the weekly cloud position. RE: UK Stocks - Watchlist and Discussion - isatrader - 2014-02-05 Attached is today's selection to add to the UK watchlist, a few with very strong relative volume today - GPG.L (interesting volume pickup recently), RYA.L, FCCN.L, GCM.L (still below cloud resistance), and EBQ.L (massive volume spike) Also note AMED.L again, which I've highlighted twice, which popped over 3 today from only 0.63 when I first showed it last week http://stageanalysis.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=45&pid=2951#pid2951 Big relative volume in a very small stock. The FCCN interested me because my first glance on a longer-term chart was to think that it is still in stage 1. My next thought was no it could have broken out in October (even though it faltered the following week) and so what is the significance of the big move up today. http://tinyurl.com/osyc5gm It shows that chart software can lead to different paths of thought. Either way it still is a definite promising candidate, though with a negative tone to the wider market it is too soon to take the plunge. Here's the code that I use in Prorealtime's ProScreener: Hi Isatrade, I'm just trying to get my hands dirty with this code but the ProScreener doesn't seem to like the Function 'Ichimoku'. Is this something that you have defined? It says the method doesn't exist. Also, is this screener run on a weekly range?
