NYSE Advance Decline Breadth Charts - isatrader - 2015-02-07 Attached is the updated Advance Decline Breadth Charts, including the cumulative AD line, momentum index, cumulative AD volume line, 10 Day AD oscillator and the McClellan Oscillator and Summation Index. NYSE New Highs New Lows - isatrader - 2015-02-07 Attached is the New Highs / New Lows charts. Also, this week I wanted to highlight the combined US New Highs - New Lows cumulative chart as it's the combined NYSE and Nasdaq data, and shows that the broad market is within touching distance of new highs for the first time since the September highs. Nasdaq Breadth Charts Update - isatrader - 2015-02-07 The Nasdaq Bullish Percent Index Nasdaq Percentage of Stocks above their 200 Day, 150 Day and 50 Day Moving Averages P&F charts The short term chart moved back to Bull Confirmed status this week and the medium and long term charts are with touching distance of doing the same. So I will be watching this closely this week, as with the NYSE gauges doing similar moves, the US market could be ready for the next Stage 2 advance as the weight of evidence is looking more positive and in a decent field position. Interesting times... Nasdaq Percentage of Stocks above their 200 Day, 150 Day and 50 Day Moving Averages line charts Nasdaq Advance Decline Line Nasdaq New Highs New Lows S&P 500 Cumulative P&F Breakouts - Breakdowns - isatrader - 2015-02-07 Attached is the exclusive S&P 500 Cumulative P&F Breakouts - Breakdowns charts Note: the S&P 500 Cumulative P&F Breakouts - Breakdowns chart made a break back above the moving average sin the last week and also closed the week back above a recent swing high, and is back in positive territory once more. Further confirmation I'd like to see is if it can make a new all time high. RE: Market Breadth Extra - Amedee - 2015-02-08 RE: Market Breadth Extra - isatrader - 2015-02-08 Dow Jones US Sub Sectors Performance - isatrader - 2015-02-08 Attached is the US Sub Sectors ordered by the weekly and monthly percentage change. To see the full list sectioned by major sector, with links through to individual stocks in each sector, go to: http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/industrysummary.html?&V=W&G=SECTOR_SPDR Weekly US Sector Relative Performance Monthly US Sector Relative Performance US Industry Sectors Breadth - isatrader - 2015-02-08 Below is the data table for the Percent of Stocks Above 150 Day Moving Average in each sector which I've ordered by relative strength, with the highest to the lowest percentage in each sector. Also attached is the visual diagram of the 9 sectors and the NYSE Percentage of Stocks above their 150 day Moving Averages line chart. Note: The Basic Materials sector made a strong breakout after consolidating around the key 30% level for a few months, and so the sector has given a buy signal, and moves to Bull Confirmed status for the first time since early in 2014. Another important move this week was that the largest sector - Financials, had a very strong move and reclaimed the 70% level. Which put it back above Utilities at the top of the relative performance table, which is another positive sign as you don't want to see defensive stocks leading. |
