sure there are almost allways heavy or mild resistance levels, if we buy a reversal. otherwise we need to read darvas and buy ATHs

The best Stage 2A breakout candidates generally are making 52 week highs though when they make the breakout attempt, and hence don't have any near term resistance as they've worked it off in the Stage 1 base.
