The NYSE Bullish Percent Index ($BPNYA) has today made a reversal back to a column of Xs at the upper end of its scale, and so moves back to Offense once more and Bull Confirmed Status.

To change to bear confirmed status from here it would need to drop below 68 and give a double bottom breakdown. But the bulls are in control again in the high risk zone. Attached is the chart.
